Responsibilities Do you want to work on one of Canada’s largest and most recognized iconic brands? This exciting role is responsible for supporting the marketing communication activities for one of Canada's strongest and most exciting trademarks, Rockstar Energy and supporting with business analysis for our partner energy brands Guru! We are looking to hire a Assistant Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position is accountable to support the growth and profitability of one of our beverages brands, through building consumer centric communication and programming which build brand equity and drives share growth. As a driven leader, collaborator, and strong brand marketer, you will be responsible for building consumer centric marketing programs, acting like an owner and ensuring strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results. Key responsibilities for the Assistant Marketing Manager include: Support Marketing Manager in delivering the growth agenda on the brand, including supporting the execution of the annual business plan Support Manager in planning and executing breakthrough consumer communication campaigns and media strategies across multiples mediums Lead the development and execution of key Marketing Programs, including owning the brand’s social media strategy Lead in year innovation execution and customer-specific growth initiatives Foster collaborative working environment for a comprehensive agency team (Advertising, PR, Media, Promotions and In-Store) to deliver quality execution of programs on time and on budget Partner with Sales Strategy, Field Marketing, Food Service and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure strong customer pull-thru and executional excellence for all programs Lead communication with Field Sales organization on brand initiatives during key meetings Effectively lead and deliver strong execution against brand plans to meet key business targets (volume, gross sales, profitability, equity spend) Work proactively with key business partners to identify key variances affecting brand and business performance and recommend/execute actionable solutions Qualifications Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Business degree preferred) Passion for Consumer Centric marketing communication Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels Proven ability to foster collaborative working relationships and lead agency teams to achieve gold standard results Business savvy and strong bias for action What you can expect from us: Competitive compensation A flexible working environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance A dynamic and inclusive culture that promotes you to bring your whole-self to work A supportive team that will encourage your professional growth and development An opportunity to be meaningful and impactful within your work and projects An organization that aims to use their scale, reach and expertise to build a more sustainable world #Li-Hybrid
