Assistant Marketing Manager - Hu Chocolate and Enjoy Life

Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

About Us
Hu was founded to unite simple ingredients and unbeatable taste and has been delivering on this ambition for over 14 years. Hu was acquired by Mondelez International in 2021, and today Hu makes indulgent, simple ingredient chocolate sold in grocery stores from coast to coast.

What started as a belief that the right food can heal us turned into a NYC-based fast casual restaurant, Hu Kitchen, that aimed to do just that - harness the power of simple, clean, and responsible ingredients into delicious food. Hu’s founders couldn’t find a chocolate that met their ingredient standards, so they made their own, and the rest is history.

Hu Chocolate is simple, indulgent, and made with No Weird Ingredients. Ever. We make award-winning dark chocolate bars, milk chocolate bars, baking chocolate, and chocolate-covered nuts and fruit. We aim to be a brand that leads with taste and only simple ingredients, balanced with a human-centric focus on purpose, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.

Within the Mondelez North America Ventures Division, the Hu team also manages Enjoy Life Foods, America’s #1 Allergy-Friendly baking chocolate brand. Since 2001, Enjoy Life has been dedicated to making products that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions or food allergies. Today, Enjoy Life’s portfolio includes a variety of Baking Chocolate formats and flavors, each free from 14 common allergens (including dairy-free, nut-free and soy-free).
