Summary

Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (or equivalent, as determined by the Medical Executive Committee, from time to time) with certificates of special qualification in hematology and/or medical oncology. 

Spanning the clinical and research enterprise in support of patient care, research, and education, advances the Institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer, 

Practices medicine within the scope of authority and privileges granted by Moffitt
Cancer Center. Provides patient care under the auspices of Moffitt Medical Group, and serves as member of the academic medical enterprise; advancing the institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. The position may span the clinical and research enterprise, and supports patient care, research, and education.

The faculty member will join a dynamic Lymphoma Team within the department of malignant hematology.

Faculty rank is commensurate on experience.  Candidates should be eligible for Assistant Member level or above.

The Chief will allocate the position’s effort between clinical, research, educational and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

Education/Licensure:

MD or Equivalent Board certified (or eligible) in Hematology/Oncology Requires successful completion of an approved Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology Florida Medical License
