Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
We're seeking an Assistant Membership Manager to join our team. As our new Assistant Membership Manager you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the membership team including; greeting members, handling membership enrollments, cancellations and inquiries
Oversee day-to-day operations of the membership team including; greeting members, handling membership enrollments, cancellations and inquiries
Providing support in the development of reports, presentations and staff, as required by management
Create awareness of the Center through outreach and connectivity
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for members
Sustain and support membership retention through member engagement
Instruct group exercise classes
Assist the Membership Manager with strategic planning and reporting
Select, mentor and supervise staff at the site
Manage kids room
Other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (exercise related field)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience leading group exercise classes preferred
1 – 3 years of experience in a fitness environment (supervisory experience preferred)
Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications
