In this role, you'll ensure product data integrity, manage samples, and collaborate with the Director of Merchandising to support product development and shape our offerings across global categories.Responsibilities: Data Integrity & Product Management: Ensure the accurate entry and maintenance of seasonal product data within product management systems. Sample Management: Oversee the organization and management of product samples for assigned global product categories. Product Development Support: Assist in various aspects of the product development process, ensuring alignment with merchandising strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact for coordinating information, materials, and samples between regions and cross-functional teams. Line Plans & Communication: Develop line plans and communicate them effectively with internal teams and partners. Performance Review Preparation: Assist merchants in preparing for product performance reviews, including gathering sell-out data and generating relevant reports. Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research through market shopping and fashion publications to stay informed on consumer trends and competitive landscape. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the merchandising team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related fields. Experience: 2+ years of experience in apparel merchandising, preferably within a global brand or fashion retail environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Keen interest in product development and merchandising.
