Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Assistant NPO Coordinator to join our team at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative and onboarding tasks for Non Profit Groups as well as scheduling them in our Concessions Department.

Help recruit NPO groups to staff concessions Coordinates training schedules for NPOs and delivers trainingon compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation Ensure NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training Assist with check-in for non-profit volunteers on event days Prepare all reports needed for NPOs on event day Prepare all security badges and credentials necessary for event day. Assist with commission compensation reports Answer any questions groups may have regarding their schedule, certifications, and payment More about you Experience as a training administrator or similar role 1 year experience of working in an office setting Must be able to communicate effectively No high school diploma or GED required Shift details
