As a Assistant Nurse Manager, you will provide leadership in professional practice, integrate evidence into care, foster innovation, and empower nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care. You will serve as an expert clinical leader, role model, and mentor, ensuring the highest standards of practice and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support nursing teams in achieving clinical objectives. Integrate evidence-based practices and contribute to innovations in care. Share expertise and mentor staff in clinical best practices. Manage resources and ensure high-quality patient care in alignment with departmental goals. Work autonomously while sharing 24/7 management responsibilities with the Unit Director.

The Assistant Nurse Manager reports to the Unit Director and plays a vital role in clinical leadership, supervision, and resource management.

Salary Range: $59.67-138.60/hour
