Position Summary

Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager manges the OR Front Desk command center by leading the team and managing the evening surugical schedule. 

Responsibilities Manages Front Desk Operations. On-boards surgical cases during the evening shift.Manages the RN's, Surgical Techs, and Operative Clinical Techs on the Evening Shift.Assigns staff to each surgery based on competency and skill set. Manages direct reports through evaluations and corrective actions. Prioritizes surgical cases based on posting and urgency.Partners with CO CRNA and Anesthesiologist during the shift to manage the surgery schedule.Answers and directs incoming calls to the Front Desk.  Qualifications RN, BSNBCLS2-3 years of Operating Room experiance, RN and/or CST.
