Requirements:

RN (Registered Nurse) LicenseBachelor's degree or Higher in Nursing2-year experience in the emergency department preferred -1 year LeadershipBLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationACLS certification with the American Heart AssociationPALS certification with the American Heart Association

The Assistant Nurse Manager – responsibilities and skills:

Proficient in the area of patient population utilizing effective management skillsSupports the Nurse Manager in a capacity while managing team members and patient care issuesOngoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating processActs as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
