About our unit: Hoke MedSurg is an 8 bed inpatient unit that partners with Hoke Emergency Department. 

We are recruiting for a dynamic leader flexible to work with the team and assist in the growth of our campus. 

Responsiblities will include but not limted to unit scheduling and staffing, process improvement, unit based education, ability to assist in staffing pattern as needed by unit, patient experience, and evaluations of direct reports. 

Required: RN License, BLS, 2 years of acute care nursing experience

Preferred: Previous leadership to include charge nurse experience, BSN, National certification 

Required in 90 days: ACLS and PALS
