Qualifications

EDUCATION: Associate Degree, BSN preferred   

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 yrs RN experience in Pediatrics

LICENSURE: REGISTERED NURSE 

CERTIFICATIONS: 

BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)                                                                                                                                                 ACLS (PICU only)& PALS (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a registered nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the unit and service line as needed and collaborates with other members of the health care team. She/he directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all service line staff.
