Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Office Manager with daily operations and administrative tasksHandle office communications, including answering phones and managing emailsMaintain and organize office files, records, and documentsCoordinate appointments, meetings, and schedulesAssist with payroll processing and some HR responsibilitiesMonitor office supplies and place orders as neededProvide support to the installation teams, ensuring smooth operationsRespond to customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer servicePrepare and type proposals, cost estimates, and billing documentsEnsure the office operates efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferredExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaborativelyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in the construction or insulation industry is a plus
