Our client, a well-respected boutique law firm, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to join their team. This is a critical support role with a strong focus on billing, accounts receivable, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable: issue invoices, record payments, handle third-party expenses (court reporters, subpoenas, postage, etc.).Oversee office operations: order supplies, coordinate office maintenance with building management.Vendor management: copy machine, water filters, plant care, etc.Assist with new employee onboarding and IT vendor coordination.Support insurance renewals and marketing efforts (quarterly email newsletters).Ensure billing accuracy-identify discrepancies like double billing.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of professional experience.Law firm experience is a plus but not required.Must be highly organized and detail oriented experiencedThis is a non-legal assistant role focused on administrative support.Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, lift boxes, and handle light office maintenance tasks.Benefits: The company provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, and PTO.
