The Assistant Operations Manager contributes to Mattress Firm's success by assisting in the efficient day-to-day operations of multiple functions within their assigned distribution center, supervising members of the distribution center team, and contributing to meeting organizational financial objectives.
Knowledge
Warehouse, logistics, or supply chain knowledge
Computer literacy in Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
General warehouse standard operating procedures
Basic retail operations
Inventory control
Safety policies and procedures
Financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Professional Experience
2+ Years related experience

Pay Range:
