**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production and compliance with safety protocols.
+ Develop and manage the annual operating budget and mine plan.
+ Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Manage maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and cost efficiency.
+ Collaborate with various departments to achieve key business objectives and represent the company in the local community.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.
+ Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, with project management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Commitment to team success, with the ability to work through challenges and achieve objectives.
+ Passion for career growth, with an interest in becoming a Plant Manager.

**Physical Demands**
