The Assistant Product Manager, Cardio, plays a pivotal role in supporting the product management team by ensuring the success of new and current product lines through meticulous management of materials, competitive analysis, logistics coordination, and collaboration on new product development initiatives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality marketing, training, and customer-facing resources while contributing to ongoing product improvements and market research efforts.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Product Development & Engineering facility in Franklin Park, IL. The position requires in-office collaboration on Tuesdays through Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. #LI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
Product Training & Education Support
Manage and update competitive analysis documentation to support strategic decision-making.Track domestic and international trends within technology product category, segments, channels and industry.Work with product marketing team to review and update marketing materials, ensuring the accuracy of features, benefits, specifications, and other relevant product details.Oversee the review, maintenance, and enhancement of training and educational materials for internal and external stakeholders.Manage and maintain the FAQ database, ensuring clarity and relevance for internal teams.Logistics & Coordination
Support field testing logistics for cardio products, ensuring timely and effective execution.Oversee showroom inventory, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current product offerings.Communication & Collaboration
Act as a point of communication for field-related feedback regarding product quality and enhancement opportunities. Interface between Customer Support Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to establish and maintain processes for escalating product problems towards resolution.Support market research activities by gathering and analyzing data to inform product strategies, working with the market research team.Project Management
Lead smaller projects and product enhancement initiativesProvide support for larger new development projects managed by product managersQualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field (fitness industry experience is a plus).Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using marketing and project management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, project management software).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player.Additional Requirements

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $67,100 - $81,800 annually.
This role is categorized as non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
