Assistant Product Manager

1. The Assistant Product Manager will be working closely with the Product Manager and  cross functional team members in developing and  communicating the brand vision that is  linked witht the business goals. Further, the APM will assist the Product Manager in championing an intimate and holistic understanding of consumers by simplifying and cutting through complexity both in consumer/category understanding.

2. Responsible for portfolio/brands and region assigned.  Develops brand business and marketing objectives, strategies and tactics, delivering value - added results throught superior execution 

3. Identifies and  evaluates consumer needs and market trends and analyze current business activities, recommend business opportunitiesat strategic and tactical levels, including new products 

4. Develops product and market research plans and analyzes data to identify issues and brand specific opportunities including innovation 

5. Assists the Product Manager in managing A&P, sales forecasting and P&L Analysis. 

 

Qualifications: 

Degree in Business or Marketing or related field is required 

Has at least 3-4 years of  consumer, ethical or other relevant product/brand management experience 

Has experience with managing category's A&P budget, sales forecasting and P&L Analysis 

Team Player, Self Starter, Entreprenurial mindset
