Then come join us! Job Description This position is responsible for a variety of activities in support of Trek product lines. This position is located at Trek’s headquarters in Waterloo, WI. Position Responsibilities + Responsible for ensuring product data is entered into the system accurately and timely . + Creates part numbers within the system. + Regularly reviews system product data to ensure continued data integrity. + Supports Supply Chain by assisting with providing information necessary to properly forecast and order products. + Assists Product Managers by providing requested product information and updating information in the system. + Places sample orders as needed. + Coordinates product field testing and technical service issues. Position Requirements + Must have good organizational skills and be highly attentive to detail. + Must be customer service oriented. + Must be proficient in Windows based computer applications such as MS Excel, Outlook. + Must have good verbal and written communication skills. + Thorough knowledge of bicycle assembly and familiarity with accessories helpful .
