Assistant Production Manager, Photography
About The RoleOur Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience, and If you are a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven, team environment, this could be the perfect match!

Create and populate team and individual productivity trackers

Maintain teams master tracker

Complete department payroll

Track team’s attendance and scheduling

Maintain positive team culture

Attend all photography production meetings

Assist with communicating necessary disciplinary measures

Assist with onboarding new hires

Maintain and produce positive influences on team culture

Facilitate trainings and production meetings  on a weekly basis

Build monthly individual trackers

Oversee master employee logs

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of experience managing a  team of diverse employees, preferably a non-exempt workforce

A proven track record for managing and developing a high performing team in a metrics-based environment

Excellent business judgment, fact-based decision-making, and problem solving skills

Preferred Requirements 

2+ years’ experience working in warehouse operations 

Proficiency with Google Suite

Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team

Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style to suit the target audience; executive presence 

Adaptability and openness to change

A growth mindset with a solutions focus

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
