Minimum requirements:
Relevant Degree in Agriculture or related field Minimum of 5 years' of experience as a Farm Manager  Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Production Manager Experience in Farming Production processes  Proven experience in banana farming would be advantageous Fluent in a second or third language would be advantageous
