What We Offer $22.46 per hour, $1.00 shift differential 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rotating every four weeks Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing experience Previous sit down forklift experience Experience loading and unloading raw materials Proficiency in packaging and shipping finished product Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds What You'll Do as an Assistant Production Operator Attend shift and safety meetings Communicate with prior shift operators regarding operations and issues Follow all documentation guidelines Communicate with maintenance and support personnel regarding changes and operation issues Participate as an integral part of the team Monitor the cleanliness of the work area Recognize and act on housekeeping and safety issues to prevent hazards Adhere to all housekeeping processes Ensure the quality of the manufactured product Utilize various equipment to perform duties (pallet lift, forklift, leaf blower, sand blaster) Prepare mixer recipes and load raw materials Build boxes for shipping Sample finished products for quality Clean recipe-building areas after recipes are built Verify that raw materials are organized in partial racks and lanes Wipe down hoppers Empty floor drains Perform other tasks as assigned
