Assistant Professor ,(N-T Trk Clin), Internal Medicine-Geriatrics **Galveston, Texas, United States** **New** Faculty UTMB Health Requisition # 2500951 **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** : + Conduct up to 6 weekly Geriatric Medicine clinic sessions in Galveston or League City and up to 2 Home-Based Primary Care sessions. + See 4–8 patients per clinic session; patient volume varies for home visits. + Provide shared ambulatory on-call coverage. + Participate in up to 10 weeks of Geriatric Medicine ACE Unit rotations at Jennie Sealy Hospital. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:** MD degree or equivalent, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
