General Internal Medicine Faculty: Hospitalists and Internal Medicine/Primary Care Providers
The Division of General Internal Medicine, within the Department of Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School seeks qualified candidates at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, in the areas of Inpatient-Hospital Medicine, and Outpatient Primary Care. The Division is interested in individuals that are self-motivated, passionate, and committed to achieving high quality clinical care and academic excellence.
The Division includes the Sections of Hospital Medicine and Primary Care, and participates in the inpatient and outpatient education of medical students and residents. Our goal is to strengthen and expand our transitions of care processes and primary care reach, while maintaining a strong educational core and an unwavering dedication to the health and wellness of the community.
These positions also provide a great opportunity for candidates with additional training in geriatrics and combined medicine/pediatrics. The successful candidates must have demonstrated ability to work within a healthcare team and collaborate to achieve clinical care goals.
