**Assistant Professor** **Description** **University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus** **Department of Pediatrics | Section of Nutrition** **Job Title:** **Assistant Professor** **Position #: 00831657 - Requisition #:36118** **Job Summary:** Key Responsibilities: + Initial assessments will serve to support a decision tree and a standard operating protocol for our providers to assess and then refer patients to an appropriate fit and level of behavioral health services. + Psychology assessments, individual, family and group interventions related to nutrition-related behavioral challenges. + Individual, interdisciplinary, and multidisciplinary comprehensive assessment of behavioral concerns. + Faculty participates and contributes to the training of psychology externs, interns, and post-doctoral fellows as well as medical students, residents, and medical fellows. Training may include supervision and didactic presentations. + Faculty contributes to program development including involvement in ongoing QI projects. + Faculty is expected to demonstrate scholarly interest and activity.
