Position Summary The Department of Orthopedics is seeking a Fellowship Trained, board eligible/board certified Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician specializing in Sports Medicine Injuries. Required Degree Doctorate -Family Medicine Minimum Requirements An M.D. or D.O. is required. Successful completion of either an ACGME or AOA Residency with additional Fellowship training.
