JOB SUMMARY:

The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Management to start September 1, 2025.

Duties/Responsibilities:


Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching and a demonstrated ability to publish in peer reviewed journals. The successful candidate will be able to teach BADM 495 Strategic Management; other potential courses include BADM 301 Ethics in Business and/or MGMT 370 Operations Management, and/or other Management electives.  Preference will be given to candidates with a track record of research and teaching in sustainability/positive social impact in alignment with the Anisfield School of Business's Strategic Plan and AACSB accreditation.Ability to publish discipline-relevant research in peer-reviewed journals; faculty members are expected to maintain academic qualifications consistent with AACSB standards for scholarship and intellectual contributions.Participate in service, college governance, and student advisement.Perform other duties as assigned.
