The Department of Radiation Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School announce a search for a tenure-track laboratory investigator at the Assistant Professor level to join the Division of Radiation and Genomic Stability. The successful candidate will develop an exceptional independent research program in an area relevant to genome stability, chromatin dynamics, and radiation oncology. The appointee will join a superb faculty, dedicated to the study of cancer biology with a focus on genome integrity. Candidates should hold an MD or MD/PhD and have clinical training in the field of Radiation Oncology.  Appointment as an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements. This person will be expected and encouraged to contribute to the Institute’s educational mission by teaching in both informal and formal settings and may be asked to participate in the departmental teaching and mentoring programs for fellows, residents and medical students.  The person will also have clinical responsibilities in the Radiation Oncology department.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Candidates with an MD or MD/PhD and have clinical training in the field of Radiation Oncology are encouraged to apply.
