What this job involves:

As an Assistant Program Manager - Operations at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in supporting multiple program management teams, enhancing our clients' operational excellence while embodying our commitment to shaping a brighter way. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program execution, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency across various initiatives, including event management. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support multiple program management teams in developing and implementing operational strategies • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

• Monitor program performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

• Identify areas for operational improvement and propose innovative solutions

• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for assigned programs

• Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with global teams to leverage best practices and drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in program management or operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the real estate or facilities management industry

• Very well organized and proactive mindset

• Familiarity with Corrigo, Smartsheets, Workdocs, and SharePoint

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification

• Experience working in a global, matrix organization

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Event management experience, including planning and execution of corporate events

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,400.00 – 102,100.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
