As the Assistant Program Director I, you will assist the Program Director in overseeing all aspects of the site, including staff supervision, programming, scheduling, and participant services. This role ensures a safe, engaging, and empowering environment for individuals served while fostering professional growth among team members.
Pay: $23
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months)

Responsibilities Program Oversight: Collaborate with Program Directors to develop goals, budgets, and risk management plans while ensuring effective space allocation, scheduling, and staff utilization.Personnel Management: Supervise employees, provide training, evaluate job performance, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations.Behavioral Support: Create and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in collaboration with the clinical team.Program Development: Design and oversee individual and group programming that promotes skill-building and community integration.Advocacy and Compliance: Uphold the rights and dignity of participants and ensure compliance with human rights regulations and statutes.Team Collaboration: Actively participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and support staff development through training and mentorship.Case Management: Act as a Case Manager as assigned, including conducting intake procedures and monitoring individual progress.Participant Support: Assist with daily living needs, therapeutic interventions, and transportation as needed. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma with three years of relevant experience (including one year in a supervisory role) also considered.Experience: 1–3 years in a related field.Skills:Behavioral Intervention and therapeutic techniquesKnowledge of health and safety protocolsProblem-solving and supervisory skillsEffective collaboration and communicationCommitment to fostering individual growth, choice, and dignity
