Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit The mission of the Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships is to educate, advocate, and collaborate with individuals and systems to promote the well-being of youth and families. Position Summary The Assistant Program Manager for Business and Compliance will enhance The Training Program with business operations within the program, as well as with maintaining quality assurance and improvement measures. This support includes the areas of program support, policy and procedure management, and data reporting and analysis. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree and at least three years of relevant professional experience or Bachelors’ degree and at least six years of relevant professional experience Knowledge of quality improvement and risk management principles and procedures. Professional experience in at least three of the following five areas (Note: Applicants should detail relevant experience in their cover letter) Experience reviewing, implementing, and supporting quality improvement and risk management programs and plans. Experience developing and providing technical assistance and training Experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting data Ability to independently formulate solutions and recommendations based on analyses /evaluations, information, and data Experiencing using data to problem-solve and develop a continuous quality improvement process across systems

Percentage Of Time 40% Key Responsibility Program Support Essential Tasks Guide and assist Implementation Specialists with accessing and using data systems for new HFW teams.  Monitoring Corrective Action Plans.  Participate and interpret in Formal Review of Policies, Protocols and Procedures.  Support with updating audit tools to include quality performance measures.  Develop and maintain compliance grids.  Coordinate National Certification and recertification with Implementation Specialist. Percentage Of Time 25% Key Responsibility Policy, Agreement and Procedure Management Essential Tasks Develop formal contracts and memorandums with agency providers, LME/MCO and other stake holders.  Monitor DHHS, DCS and DPS websites for policies posted for review and dissiminate as appropriate.  Submit new contracts and agreements to DHHS for review.  Advise and assist with developing and ensuring policies and procedures meet cultural and linguistic best practices. Percentage Of Time 20% Key Responsibility Data Analysis and Report Preparation Essential Tasks Develop reports for DHHS and LME/MCOs to include individualized Chart Form/iDashboard team and agency analyses, as well as supporting the submission of quarterly and annual reports.  Identify trends and meet with necessary stakeholders to address concerns.
