Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for our STARR program, an off campus group home located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis on STARR is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or olderDrivers license required.Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders required. One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role preferredMust be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment

Schedule:

2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MAWednesday & Thursday 1-11pm, Friday 3-11pm, Saturday 9am-9pm
