Job Description
Our new branch in Raleigh, NC is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support a specific project and future business endeavors. The position will assist the Project Manager (PM) and Vice President (VP) with document control between the owner, project team, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering materials, document submittals, typing, recording, and tracking of all subcontracts and purchase orders, and distributing Architectural Supplemental Instructions (ASI’s) and Requests for Proposals (RFP’s). The APM will also assist in pricing, submitting, recording, and tracking Requests for Change Orders (COR’s) and Change Orders (CO’s), compiling Operation and Maintenance Manuals, maintaining logs for Progress Meetings, attending all relevant meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, maintaining all project electronic and paper files, preparing monthly drafts of Owner’s Progress Billing, and maintaining subcontractor administrative logs. Additional duties involve assisting the Superintendent with Requests for Information (RFI’s), Quality Control, Safety, Compliance, and other administrative tasks.
