Job Description:

Support project management team in overseeing luxury residential projects. Assist in budget tracking, scheduling, and maintaining adherence to project timelines. Participate in on-site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Aid in contract and scope development, supporting RFQ responses and document management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating smooth project workflows. Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and other tools to support project tracking and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 1+ years of experience in residential construction project support. Familiarity with Procore, Microsoft Project, and similar construction management software. Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
