Your Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will:

- Support Sr Project Managers on various phases of ongoing projects.

- Coordinate with Sr Project Managers and skilled trades on site.

- Handle construction documents such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, budgeting and scheduling.

- Participate in site visit and walk throughs.

Your Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience.

- Concrete, civil, masonry construction experience.

- Must have strong construction documentation experience handling RFI's, Submittals, Change Orders, ect...

- Proficiency using MS Project, Bluebeam or Procore.

- Experience supporting healthcare and residential project types.

- Construction field experience overseeing a project and skilled trades on site.

- Client facing experience.
