At CESO, it is the role of a Assistant Project Manager to assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in accordance with deadlines and within budget. This includes but is not limited to working with and learning from the Project Manager for acquiring resources, and coordinating efforts with team members and third-party consultants. You will have primary responsibilities that include: Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed as plannedCoordinate with the Project Manager on projects from the conceptual design phase through the permit approvals Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing support and facilitating collaboration between different departments with seamless communicationMonitor project timelines and assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standardsPrepare and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules and progress reportsAssist in budget tracking and cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraintsMonitor project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policiesIdentify potential risks and issues related to project execution and propose effective mitigation strategiesContribute ideas and insights to enhance project management methodologiesOther project duties as assignedPosition requirements include:Bachelor of degree with entry level experience in design, project management, or construction related field or 5 years of related of experience/training or education.
