Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Engineer to lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, planners, and technicians on transportation and municipal projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for infrastructure design, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, and thorough project QA/QC. This role also includes developing and managing the project scope, schedule, and budget, as well as delivering high-quality projects. Collaboration with a team of engineers and mentoring entry-level staff will be essential.

This role is based in an office environment with hybrid capabilities. The company is currently working on acquiring a brand new office located near downtown Toledo. The company is privately owned with no intention of selling to a larger firm, offering opportunities for rapid growth into leadership positions. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00
