We are seeking a results-driven Construction Assistant Project Manager who has the desire to work in a quality company with superior products and a reputation for safety, production, and excellence. The perfect candidate will have a great team oriented attitude and want to be in charge, hands-on, lead teams and projects from start to finish, and innovate/implement ideas throughout the organization; growing in a fast pace, open door, friendly, fun, training environment. This position will be based in our Dallas, TX office.

Assisting field superintendents and project managersPlan reading, comprehension, and take-offAssisting in estimating, proposal creation, and following up with clientsChange order preparation, submission, tracking, and follow upProblem solving abilities and a get-it-done attitudeCompiling information and documentation of project contractual requirementsAbility to meet fast paced and dynamic schedules and deadlinesCommercial instinctsPreparing reportsEvaluating and reviewing geotechnical reportsTechnical knowledge and ability to communicate technical concepts to others

QualificationsQualified candidates will have 3-5 years relevant hands-on experience preferably in Earth Retention Projects, but is not mandatory and a BS in Construction Management, Geotechnical or Civil Engineering, or other applicable discipline. Must be well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and possess excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills. Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and written and verbal communication skills necessary.
This position requires extensive travel and/or the willingness to relocate in the future. Bilingual a plus.
