Assistant Project Manager
Job Title: Mechanical Assistant Project ManagerJob Description As a Mechanical Assistant Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to work on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional projects. Responsibilities + Manage and coordinate mechanical construction projects. + Oversee detailed submittal processes. + Work with self-perform trades. + Coordinate project schedules and design. + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Essential Skills + 3 years of experience within mechanical construction. + Experience with detailed submittal processes. + Proficiency in project management and construction management. + Experience in commercial construction and project coordination. + Knowledge in mechanical design and project scheduling. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 4-year degree in an engineering discipline or construction management is required. + Mechanical engineering degree is preferred. + Demonstrated experience in industrial and institutional mechanical construction. Work Environment Work will be fully onsite, and the candidate should be available full-time in the Norfolk or Roanoke market. The company offers a competitive bonus structure and access to an ESOP program. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
