The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: 

 

Schedules maintenance and repairs, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, and quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.  Works closely with housing maintenance team. Conduct and review periodic employee performance appraisals and conduct regular coaching sessions. Ensures the property operations are compliant with all local, State and Federal regulations, including the State of Nevada Manufacturing Housing Division. Keeps properties occupied with qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow up, and property showings for prospective tenants. Keep updated inventory list of all available rental units. Reviews and recommends improvements to rental agreements, maintains tenant files selects qualified tenants, enforces terms of rental agreements, oversees eviction proceedings, if necessary. Act as liaison between tenants and facilities management. Collect deposits, rent, and/or utility payments and handle late payments in a timely manner. Enforce all terms of lease/rental agreements. Submit all documentation and information to the accounting department on time and completed with accuracy. Complete and deliver correspondence to tenants in a timely manner. Maintain financial records from property operations, creates monthly financial reports for leadership. Reports vacancies, tenants, physical condition of property, and financial issues. Adheres to monthly and annual budget. Maintain lease/rental documents, records of completed repairs, lessee correspondence and any other tenant related documentation. Investigate and resolve tenant complaints, coordinate the completion of repairs, and submit HotSOS orders as needed. Inspect vacated units when tenant leaves recommending repair, cleaning, and use or return of any deposit monies. Maintain inspection reports. Maintain timely communications with tenants, vendors, prospective tenants, staff and supervisors.  BRING US YOUR BEST.

High school diploma/GED; or one to two years customer service-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be proficient in computer knowledge to include keyboarding skills, all Microsoft Office applications, email usage, and database, spreadsheets, and word processing software.   Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Knowledge of all office machines and tools (10-key by touch, credit card, cash systems).  STAY IN THE GAME.
