21.00 per hour | 200 Emerald Ave, Lake Wales, FL, USA | Hourly | Full Time Georgetown Square Apartments is seeking a competent Assistant Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our 122-unit residential apartment community. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential property management but candidates with a strong customer service background will be given consideration as well. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Must have valid driver's license, have reliable transportation and be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
