Assistant Property Manager position available via Robert Half
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager in San Francisco, California. The role involves supporting residential property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining fiscal stability, and adhering to compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant experiences, including conducting screenings, processing leases, addressing concerns, and conducting inspections.
• Oversee property operations such as coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring cleanliness, and assisting with leasing activities.
• Handle administrative tasks like maintaining records, preparing reports, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring policy adherence.
• Maintain detail-oriented relationships with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the process of leasing, rental applications, and tenant move-ins.
• Supervise unit inspections and prepare units for new occupants.
• Manage rent collection processes and track any delinquencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of property grounds and laundry facilities.
• Coordinate and review work performed by maintenance staff and vendor services.
• Handle accounting tasks, including managing invoices and petty cash.
• Conduct thorough property and apartment inspections.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with special projects as required.
• Provide coverage for any property emergencies that occur during evenings and weekends.

Requirements
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is expected
• Proficient in using CRM tools for client management
• Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a plus
• Must be able to navigate through various Management Systems
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently
• Should be able to handle Accounts Payable (AP) operations
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
• Must be capable of performing Billing Functions accurately
• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required
