Responsibilities:Collaborate with Engineers in establishing client’s requirements and purchase request Advise Engineers on selection of procurement strategy and compliancePrepare cost estimation for BMS and maintenance contractsPrepare Subcontractor and frame agreementHandle Subcontractor interview and assessment, evaluation, recommendation and awardAdvise cost reduction status regularlyRequirements:Higher diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics or business2- 3 years solid track records of hands-on the process of RfQ, eBidding & Contracts handlingStrong business orientation, customer focus and decision-making abilityExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsProficient in English and CantoneseRemarks:
