Assistant Refrigeration Manager
Adecco is hiring immediately for Assistant Refrigeration Managers at a local client in Sterling, VA. Assistant Refrigeration Managers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $40.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assist the Maintenance Manager with the repair and preventive maintenance of refrigeration equipment, including cleaning, installing, and repairing systems, oversee maintenance to ensure optimal functionality, supervise technicians for high performance and safety, and collaborate on preventive maintenance programs. Manage refrigeration associates, including hiring and training, implement quality improvement processes, and provide timely reports on safety and production while ensuring a safe work environment.
