Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Registration in the development, implementation and evaluation of all registrar services for the Schools of Nursing and Medical Imaging.

 Implement procedures, operations and regulations regarding registration process for students. Assist in the maintenance of official records, including student records, FX Scholar Registrar module, and attrition statistics. Collaborate with Union County College's, Counseling office, Office of Admissions/Registration and Records to facilitate a smooth registration process for students. Collaborate with professional staff and administration of the School, so there will be a smooth and accurate flow of information between the offices. Assist in the issuance of enrollment reports/academic program reports/academic load report for federal, state and private agencies. Attend Administrative Staff meetings. Other duties and/or projects as assigned. 4. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Qualifications

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 

High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later and general computer knowledge

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
