Vos missions principales

Suivi et gestion des commandes

Assurer la fluidité du processus de la commande à l’encaissementTraiter les commandes clients (Web, EDI, email)Accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation de nos outils digitaux

Optimisation du flux de livraison

Collaborer avec les partenaires logistiques pour assurer un service de qualitéGérer les priorités de livraison et les urgencesAnalyser les dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives

Traitement des réclamations et litiges

Gérer les réclamations logistiques et administrativesMettre en place des actions préventives et curativesCollaborer avec le crédit management pour la résolution des litiges commerciaux

Participation à des projets d’amélioration

Soutenir la dématérialisation des commandes et facturesContribuer aux projets visant à améliorer la productivité du service clientsParticiper à l’optimisation des coûts logistiques

Profil recherché

Master en Management, Gestion, Commerce ou AdministrationExpérience sur des missions similaires en Service Clients, Supply Chain ou équipe commercialeBon niveau en anglais (échanges quotidiens avec des interlocuteurs internationaux)Appétence pour les outils digitaux (Power BI, Power Apps…)Sens du service et forte orientation clientEsprit d’équipe et excellente capacité de communicationAutonomie, réactivité et capacité d’adaptationForce de proposition et esprit d’initiative
