Essential Duties

Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining roomCollaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)Manage beverage program; maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu developmentAssists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performanceEnforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handlingInteracts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassadorEncourages a positive work environment for all staff Role Qualifications

Qualifications

4-5 years restaurant experience1 year management experienceAbility to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)Ability to reach, bend and stoop The Perks
