Assistant F&B Manager
With the Restaurant and Bar manager, assists in the management and operations of the Food and Beverage Department ensuring outstanding member/guest dining experience. Provide leadership, strategic direction and focused attention on exceeding member and guest expectation aligning with the Club’s service goals and initiative.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the members and guests of PCC.
• Ensure a consistent positive guest experience.
• Plan and execute weekly, monthly and seasonal events.
• Lead pre-shift meetings communicating pertinent information to the staff. Direct staff in their work assignments. Coach staff as necessary towards the Club’s service goals.
• Manage expenses, operational and labor, within annual budget.
• Daily communication with F&B manager/Executive Chef and General Manager on department status.
• Editing and maintaining proper POS operations.
• Assists with inventory controls and ordering product as necessary.
• Maintains par stock levels daily, weekly and monthly.
• Fulfill daily POS closeouts for F&B staff.
• With PCC management compliance to Health Department Standards.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.
• Enforcing all quality and safety controls is followed.
• Complete closing procedures for bar and restaurant; collect daily closes from service staff, cash registers, cash bags and secure in the safe room. Ensure all lights are off and all doors locked.
• Assist with other duties as requested from PCC management staff.
