Job OverviewSupervise the employees in the shift operations and aid in the administration of the restaurant to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

More than two years of post-high school education.
Experience
One to two years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).Preferred Supervisory Experience but not mandatoryPreferred Shift Lead for FOH or BOHHotel Experience strongly encouragedLeading a team
Knowledge/Skills
Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession. This includes experiential knowledge required for management of people and/or complex problems and food and beverage management.Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters. Interpreting instructions from superiors.Must have excellent oral communication for communicating with guests and associates, issuing instructions and communicating policies.Excellent comprehension required to read and implement policies and procedures; writing schedules and reading forecast and SOPs.Physical Demands
