Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Swampers Bar and Grill, ensuring efficient service, exceptional food quality, and guest satisfaction. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen personnel, to provide a high level of service. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that guests receive an outstanding dining experience by maintaining a positive atmosphere, resolving guest complaints, and upholding company standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and dining areas. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with other departments within the Renaissance Resort and Spa to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
