THE JOB:
As an Assistant Retail Manager, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful shopping experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, and maintaining presentability, staff engagement and product stock levels, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Responsible for the implementation of policies, operating procedures, upholding rules and regulations and ensuring store and stockroom are clean and in alignment with visual standards
Provide employees with valuable feedback and training on effective sales techniques
Practice cost control procedures including shrink and monitor inventory levels
Exhibit business acumen by reviewing store results to achieve financial success and store profitability
Develop a highly engaged, valued and effective team by practice of observations, coaching, feedback sessions and recognition
Deliver results by building strong relationships and following through with commitments
Achieve financial results, improve selling techniques and increasing store profitability
Cultivate premium guest experiences and maximize sales opportunities to achieve store goals
Address any guest complaints or concerns in a professional, courteous manner
Perform other job-related duties as requested
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
Currently holds or is willing to obtain a TAM Card
2+ Years of prior relevant experience in a retail setting
Has previous leadership experience in retail, sales or inventory control management
Has a flexible schedule and can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Bilingual
Experience in a similar resort setting
Polished appearance and presentability
Is proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Workday, and Oracle
